Do you guarantee #1 Google rankings, a fixed number of leads, or a specific ROI?
No. CampaignScope is a professional marketing agency. We scope, run and measure campaigns designed to pursue measurable growth, but marketing outcomes depend on market, budget, product and competition and are never guaranteed. We do not promise specific rankings, lead volumes, revenue or return on investment. Any figures we show on this site are illustrative unless explicitly attributed to a named, consenting client.
The .life TLD is branding only — CampaignScope is a marketing agency, not a lifestyle, wellness or coaching brand. "Campaign" refers to marketing campaigns for client brands, not political or fundraising campaigns. "Scope" refers to the focus and breadth of a campaign — audience, channels, measurement — not a weapon scope, medical scope or project-scoping paperwork alone.
What engagement models do you offer?
We offer two primary models. Project-based: scoped engagements such as brand and campaign strategy, campaign sprints, audits or go-to-market planning — typically four to eight weeks. Retainer partnership: ongoing integrated campaign management covering performance marketing, content, search, social and marketing analytics — with quarterly scope reviews. Most clients start with a project before moving to a retainer. We work as an embedded marketing partner, not a distant vendor.
What are typical timelines?
A campaign strategy project typically takes three to four weeks. A campaign sprint — from audience segmentation to live performance marketing — runs six to eight weeks. Integrated retainers begin with a two-week onboarding phase covering audit, tracking setup and reporting framework. Timelines depend on scope, client responsiveness and channel complexity. We set clear milestones at the start of every engagement and report against them weekly or bi-weekly.
What is the minimum budget?
Focused campaign sprints start from S$8,000. Brand and campaign strategy projects from S$12,000. Integrated retainers from S$4,500 per month (agency fee) plus media spend where applicable. We are transparent about what each SGD tier includes. We do not offer bargain-basement packages — quality campaign management, creative direction and marketing analytics require senior attention.
How do you handle reporting and transparency?
Reporting cadence depends on the engagement: weekly for active performance marketing, bi-weekly for content and SEO, monthly executive summaries for retainers. Every report ties metrics to business outcomes — customer acquisition, lead generation quality, conversion rates, marketing ROI — not vanity impressions. We provide full access to ad accounts and analytics platforms. Media spend is reported separately and never bundled into opaque fees. Reporting and transparency are core to how we operate as a marketing partner.
Who owns the creative assets and ad accounts?
You do. All creative assets, ad accounts, analytics properties and audience data belong to the client. CampaignScope manages these on your behalf during the engagement, but ownership never transfers to us. At the end of any engagement, we provide full handover documentation. We do not hold accounts hostage or require continued retainers to access your own data.
How do you handle personal data (PDPA)?
CampaignScope Pte. Ltd. complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. We collect only the data necessary to deliver services and respond to enquiries. Consent is obtained before processing. You may request access, correction or withdrawal of consent by contacting our Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. What do you NOT do?
We do not guarantee Google rankings, lead volumes, revenue or marketing ROI. We do not buy fake followers, engagement or reviews. We do not practice black-hat SEO. We do not promote crypto, NFT, forex, MLM or get-rich-quick schemes. We do not sell marketing courses or bootcamps. We do not operate as a lead-generation broker selling guaranteed appointments. We do not resell web hosting or domain services. CampaignScope is a marketing services agency — campaign strategy, performance marketing, search, content, social, creative and analytics.
Which channels and tools do you work with?
Channels: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic display, email marketing, organic search and SEO, content marketing and social media management. Tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Ahrefs and custom dashboard platforms. We select tools based on campaign strategy and client needs — not vendor partnerships or commission arrangements.
